Provides the various value streams with assistance in establishing effective material flow and replenishment in order to achieve premier customer service and lower inventory.</span></p>\n<p>The pay rate is $21.55&nbsp;</p>\n<p><span>The schedule for this role is 2nd Shift - 3pm-11pm</span></p>\n<p>Mauser Packaging Solutions offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, paid time off, and other competitive benefits.</p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>May perform activities related to load planning of outbound trucks to meet customer delivery requirements and cost parameters.</li>\n <li>Utilize material handling equipment including forklifts, hand trucks, skids, etc. to stage materials and load trucks.</li>\n <li>Verify product against shipping documents and authorizations, pack product for shipment according to specifications.</li>\n <li>Prepare bills of lading, post weight and shipping charges in appropriate systems.</li>\n <li>Maintain inventory levels of supplies such as cartons, tape and other packing material.</li>\n <li>Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures to resolve customer and operational concerns/issues as needed.</li>\n <li>Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, customer service, and production.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain positive relationships within each service area/department; coordinating and utilizing resources to ensure all products are handled, stored and shipped according to established guidelines, at the lowest possible cost.</li>\n <li>Work closely with management staff to understand and assist with implementing action plans to achieve department objectives and improve efficiencies.</li>\n <li>Assist management with departmental activities, training, safety and special projects.</li>\n <li>Read, understand and comply with relevant federal, state, local and company safety regulations and policies (e.g., OSHA, Personal Protective Equipment, Safety Shoes, etc.)</li>\n <li>Reinforce safety training and safe work practices; participate in safety meetings.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>\n <li>Follow Company recommended techniques for lifting, stacking, manipulating and handling materials and operating Powered Industrial Vehicles.</li>\n <li>Assist with performing ancillary duties related to Production Expediting, coordinating the movement of materials throughout the facility.</li>\n <li>Receive raw materials, components or equipment unloaded from trucks.</li>\n <li>Verify incoming materials against bills of lading, packing slips, etc.</li>\n <li>Maintain records of good received and damaged goods.</li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Organizational Skills Communication Proficiency</li>\n <li>Initiative Thoroughness</li>\n <li>Time Management Critical Thinking</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Plant facility runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week consistently, excluding designated holidays or prearranged shut down.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to be on feet consistently 8 hours up to a 12 hours per scheduled shift</li>\n <li>Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. overhead loading product onto trailers</li>\n <li>Ability to get on and off company equipment, forklift, to load and unload assigned trailers and move product throughout production site.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to walk, stand, crouch and climb to perform duties</li>\n <li>Use of hands and fingers to perform job function</li>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles&nbsp;and outside weather conditions</li>\n <li>The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.</li>\n <li>The work environment can be very hot, over 90 degrees.</li>\n <li>Vision: 20/20 corrected and normal hearing range</li>\n <li>Ability to wear company required personal protective equipment; safety glasses, hardhat, earplugs, gloves, and any other necessary item based on assigned task.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
