    "description": "<p>SiteWORX is a Total Site Development Company located in Lebanon, Ohio. We specialize in mass excavation and underground utilities for large residential, commercial and public projects.<em><span> </span></em>Due to consistent and continued growth we need to add a Safety Coordinator to our team!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As the Safety Coordinator you will be an important member of the Safety team. This role will assist with safety inspections, safety training and provide compliance support.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will be doing</span>:</p>\n<p>Contribute to a safe, secure and healthy work environment. Safety is the most important thing we do!</p>\n<p>Assist with performing regular job-site inspections.</p>\n<p>Assist with the planning and execution of all safety training programs.</p>\n<p>Perform new hire safety training as needed.</p>\n<p>Perform OSHA and MSHA safety training as needed.</p>\n<p>Assist with utility locates before excavation.</p>\n<p>Assist with maintaining inventory of PPE.</p>\n<p>Communicate with management and field personnel regarding safety issues/findings.</p>\n<p>Compile and maintain training reports.</p>\n<p>Compile and maintain safety data.</p>\n<p>Assist with the development of policies and procedures.</p>\n<p>Promote a positive culture of safety!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must haves for this position</span>:</p>\n<p>Has passion for the construction industry and the work!</p>\n<p>Possesses the heart and hustle to get the job done.</p>\n<p>Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal, written and non-verbal.</p>\n<p>Problem Solver: Identify the issue and present solutions.</p>\n<p>Successfully manage a large workload and meet deadlines.</p>\n<p>Goal Driven.
