      "content": "\n<li>Work directly with senior personnel at Portage Point and our clients to develop comprehensive solutions to complex transactional challenges&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Facilitate client discussions and meetings and developing relationships through best-in-class execution</li>\n<li>Formulate, oversee and review workstreams</li>\n<li>Execute buy and sell side diligence including but not limited to historical and project financial and operating trends analysis, quality of earnings analysis, working capital and net debt consideration analysis, cash flow analysis, potential liabilities and risk analysis</li>\n<li>Draft clear and compelling reports outlining key takeaways including but not limited to normalized earnings, budget achievability, indebtedness and post-transaction considerations</li>\n<li>Create and manipulate financial models</li>\n<li>Review transaction agreements, customer and vendor contracts</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with performance improvement, restructuring and investment banking colleagues</li>\n<li>Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members</li>\n<li>Support internal trainings and best practice sharing</li>\n<li>Support business development and client relationship efforts</li>\n<li>Support talent acquisition and firm-building initiatives</li>\n<li>Contribute to a high-performing, inclusive and values-driven culture</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program</li>\n<li>Located or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York or Philadelphia</li>\n<li>Invested in a team-based culture, motivated to collaborate in office four days per week and willing to work at client sites as needed</li>\n<li>Certified Public Accountant required</li>\n<li>Six plus years of financial due diligence experience or a combination of audit and financial due diligence experience within a Big 4 accounting firm</li>\n<li>Deep understanding of US GAAP principles</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx preferred</li>\n<li>Proficiency in financial modeling including ability to prepare three statement models, dynamic KPI packages and complex ad hoc analysis</li>\n<li>Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills</li>\n<li>Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams</li>\n<li>High attention to detail, responsiveness and ownership mindset</li>\n<li>Track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing environments</li>\n"
