Experience in long term care pharmacy, assisted living and hospice is preferred but not required for the right candidate.</p>\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Pay is commensurate with experience in LTC, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Life Insurance, FSA/ HSA, Paid time off and Holidays available for full time employees.</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Job Specifications:</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Minimum BS degree in Pharmacy, with Doctorate Degree in pharmacy preferred;</li>\r\n\t<li>Active pharmacist license in the state where pharmacy is located; may require multiple state licenses;</li>\r\n\t<li>Judgment and Decision Making in considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one;</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong leadership skills to lead by example, supervise staff, and oversee all daily operations to keep the pharmacy running efficiently and legally;</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent customer service skills to develop good relationships with the facility, the physician and all internal company personnel;</li>\r\n\t<li>Excellent communication skills to employees at all levels in the organization, as well as externally;</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong computer skills to enter prescriptions into company systems;</li>\r\n\t<li>Strong math skills used to manage inventory and track pharmacy costs</li>\r\n\t<li>Critical thinking to use logic and reasoning in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
