    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities: </span></p>\n<p>The Reliability Technician plays a critical role in maintaining and improving the health and performance of plant equipment. This position focuses on predictive and preventive maintenance practices to reduce downtime, optimize equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and skilled in diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues in an industrial setting.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collect machinery health data and report findings outside of normal trends to Reliability Engineer, maintenance supervisors, leads, and planning department.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot problems with rotating equipment, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.</li>\n<li>Minimize downtime on equipment and improve equipment reliability.</li>\n<li>Use vibration data collection equipment, infrared thermography, ultrasound, and laser alignment.</li>\n<li>Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel in solving reliability issues.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Experience: </span>A willingness to learn and grow is critical for this position.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in an industrial environment.</li>\n<li>Associate degree in Engineering, or technical school qualifications, previous experience in reliability, or previous experience with Emerson Machinery Health Manager.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with determining and setting bearing clearances.</li>\n<li>Ability to travel to multiple locations.</li>\n<li>Experience with all types of bearings, gearboxes, motors, pumps, fans, chippers, hog, etc.</li>\n<li>Experienced in troubleshooting maching problems.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft office products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, WILS, Qlikview, and Maximo programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Behavioral Skills: </span>Behavioral skills are critical for determining success in a career.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactive and positive approach to safety</li>\n<li>Creates and maintains positive relationships</li>\n<li>Able to manage multiple projects and activities</li>\n<li>High sense of urgency</li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and grow</li>\n<li>Thoroughness and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Evidence of self-structure</li>\n<li>High ego-strength</li>\n<li>Strong communication and people skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Benefits: </span>Some of the benefits our team members enjoy include the following:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Healthcare -  Legacy Health &amp; Wellness and Legacy Pharmacy</li>\n<li>Wellness Program</li>\n<li>Flexible Spending Account</li>\n<li>Additional Insurance</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off</li>\n<li>Retirement</li>\n<li>Chaplaincy Services</li>\n<li>Education</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">About RoyOMartin</span><br>At RoyOMartin, people are our number-one asset.
