    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Safety Manager</strong> in <strong>Holly Springs, NC</strong> supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA compliance</li>\n <li>Conduct daily safety meetings</li>\n <li>Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations</li>\n <li>Daily safety audits and inspections</li>\n <li>Oversee all subcontractors and contractors</li>\n <li>Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)</li>\n <li>Lead a team of 3+ Construction Safety staff</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 10+ years of direct construction safety experience required</li>\n <li>Working knowledge pharmaceutical safety protocols</li>\n <li>OSHA 510 required </li>\n <li>Advance knowledge of construction safety standards</li>\n <li>Great verbal and written communication </li>\n <li>Ability to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety process</li>\n <li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills </li>\n <li><p>Embody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, Accountability</p></li>\n <li>Must have large Capital Project experience as well as leadership experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>HazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
