We believe in rewarding your hard work with profit-sharing, 401(k) matching, great benefits, and paid time off—including a bonus week every July!</strong></em> </p><p><br/></p><p><em><strong>If you're looking for a career that’s exciting, meaningful, and full of opportunity—Arrow is the place to be.</strong></em> </p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>Perform duties to assemble wiring harnesses, power pack, and other electrical sub-assemblies. </p><p>Requirements</p><p>  </p><p>Primary Roles and Responsibilities</p><p>• Work from procedure checklists, assembly drawings, schematics, and written instructions</p><p>• Construct and install wiring harnesses.</p><p>• Assemble other electrical sub-assemblies as assigned.</p><p>• Exercise proper care in the use of tools, equipment, and materials</p><p>• Detect and report faulty equipment, defective material, improper operations, and unusual conditions to supervision.</p><p>• Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition.</p><p>• Perform other duties as assigned.</p><p>• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. </p><p>• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment to include pallet jackets, forklifts, carts, and dollies with a load up to 450 lbs.</p><p><br/></p><p>Requirements</p><p>Experience and Education</p><p>• High school diploma / GED equivalent</p><p>• 3 years of assembling light to medium assemblies and/or complex electronic equipment required.</p><p>• Must be a team player.</p><p>• Prior experience working with soldering irons, multi-meters, and other hand tools required.</p><p> </p><p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS:</p><p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
