    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>Responsible for monitoring and operating processing equipment and assures production quality standards are met.</p><p>This job requires 3-2-2 schedule on swing shift. Rotating monthly between days and nights. 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Constantly monitor and control plant operations to carry out the established operations plan, anticipating and solving problems in a timely manner, and identifying opportunities for improvement. &nbsp;</li><li>Maintain complete and accurate production logs on a daily, weekly, and/or monthly basis of key variables and operates plant within established parameters. Completes written shift reports and communicates essential items to management as needed.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicates regularly with all other employees and departments and assists all other employees and departments as required for efficient plant operation.</li><li>Participates in projects as needed or assigned by management that improve efficiency and reduce operating costs.</li><li>Communicates directly with QC laboratory and participates in carrying out plant QC policies and procedures. Actively participates in quality assurance/quality control program.</li><li>Provides a &ldquo;Customer Service&rdquo; attitude when interacting with internal and external customers while accomplishing work, production, and achieving quality standards.</li><li>Abides by all safety, health, environmental and food/feed safety policies, and procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe workstation/environment at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>This position has no supervisory responsibilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Education: High School or Equivalent</li><li>Experience<strong>:&nbsp;</strong>1-2 Years in ethanol operation or a related field preferred.</li><li>A Post-Secondary education and or technical trade certificate is preferred.&nbsp;</li><li>In-depth knowledge of the ethanol production process and technology is preferred. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.</li><li>Ability to exhibit a professional manner in dealing with other departments, working to maintain constructive working relationships under all circumstances. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to maintain good attendance habits.</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to operate industrial size equipment such as: lifts and skid steers.</li><li>Abide by all relevant SOPs as per Company policy as they are related to the position covered by this Job Description.</li><li>Abide by company&rsquo;s safety, quality, environmental and HR policies at all times.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</strong></p><ul><li>Frequently required to walk, stand, sit.&nbsp;</li><li>Frequently required to climb to levels of 125 feet or more, confined and harnessed. Use of stairs and ladders are required.&nbsp;</li><li>Occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds or more.&nbsp;</li><li>Operate in an office and production environment. Production environment could include frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme heat or cold; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the production environment is usually very loud.</li><li>This position requires the use of a respirator.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p></div></div>\n<br/>Every other weekend<br/>3-2-2 Schedule <br/>Swing Shift Rotation 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am switching monthly",
