Learn more at www.dminc.com</p>\n<h2>About the Opportunity</h2>\n<p>DMI, LLC is seeking an <strong>Associate Installation Technician</strong><strong> </strong>to join us. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Interfaces directly with customers</li>\n <li>Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs products such as equipment, integrated systems and subsystems, and software at the client and/or field locations</li>\n <li>Instructs customers in equipment operation, provides technical assistance, performs preventative maintenance, and troubleshoots equipment for malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time</li>\n <li>Installs, upgrades, and removes products, ensuring coordinated engineering field change</li>\n <li>Assembles, installs, and configures systems and equipment in accordance with site assessments and schematics</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and Years of Experience:  </strong>1 -2  years of IT support experience; strong customer service skills</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills & Certifications: </strong>CompTIA Security+</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Clearance Requirements: </strong>Background check required; must be eligible for Senate Office building access.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Citizenship Status Required: </strong>Must be a U.S. Citizen</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong> None required for this position.<strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong>      Capitol Visitor Center</p>\n<p>           First St NE</p>\n<p>           Washington, District of Columbia 20510</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-JL1</p>\n<h2>Working at DMI</h2>\n<p>DMI is a diverse, prosperous, and rewarding place to work.
