    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>CENTURY GOLF PARTNERS MANAGEMENT</strong></p><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><h6><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Engineer General Description</span></h6><p><strong><em>&nbsp;</em></strong></p><h5>POSITION SUMMARY</h5><p>Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, the Engineering General is responsible for performing daily tasks to maintain the appearance, and good operating condition of the facilities that are assigned to him/her.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED</h4><p>&nbsp;</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Minimum High School Diploma/GED required.</li><li>Minimum of 2 year of experience in general maintenance repair work including basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&#39;s license and a good driving record.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</h4><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Responsible for minor electrical and plumbing repairs and provides an assessment of the need for more significant repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor.<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Performs general carpentry tasks in the repair or installation of doors, windows, shelving, cabinetry, and similar tasks.</li><li>Maintains a clean work environment. Clean areas and dispose of garbage in accordance with the facility schedule.</li><li>Reports on progress completing maintenance jobs that are assigned.</li><li>Completes all maintenance tasks in a professional manner, complying with all safety rules.</li><li>Maintains an up to date understanding of fire and safety regulations as applicable to his/her areas of responsibility.</li><li>Complete work orders efficiently and with quality.</li><li>Accept and transport deliveries of supplies, furniture, and other program materials.</li><li>Assist in inventory control.</li><li>Provide back up in emergency safety situations.</li><li>Perform other duties related to the needs of the Clubhouse.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Must be able to multitask.</li><li>A clean, safe environment is maintained.</li><li>Work orders receive prompt attention and are completed in a timely manner.</li><li>Deliveries are routed to the appropriate location.</li><li>Inventory is properly monitored.</li><li>Emergency situations are handled safely and professionally.</li><li>Related duties are performed completely, accurately and on time.</li><li>May require lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 pounds without assistance.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li><li>Techs must be able to work in extreme temperatures and will be exposed to heat, cold, wind, rain, dust, confined spaces, elevated areas, dirt, ash particles and fuel particles<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</li><li>May work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
