This role focuses heavily on HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance while also supporting general maintenance operations throughout the property.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems including split systems, package units, stacked units, centralized systems, and heat pumps&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Troubleshooting electrical and control failures, airflow deficiencies, refrigeration and cooling issues, and condensate or water management concerns&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performing preventative HVAC maintenance to ensure system safety and efficiency&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Responding to service requests and emergency maintenance calls in a timely manner&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Managing refrigerants in compliance with EPA standards&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Performing general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and painting&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Preparing apartment homes for new residents with quality workmanship and attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintaining grounds, common areas, and GOZones to company standards&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Accurately documenting work orders and maintenance updates within company systems&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Delivering exceptional resident service through professional and courteous communication&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Following all OSHA, safety, and company procedures&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">3&ndash;5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in residential, commercial, or multifamily environments&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of HVAC systems, safety standards, and preventative maintenance practices&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">EPA Certification preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with general apartment maintenance preferred&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong communication and organizational skills&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CAMT or CPO certifications are a plus&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical maintenance tasks daily</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Interested so far?
