    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title: C5ISR Senior Project Engineer</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Pascagoula, MS, US</p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>The C5ISR Senior Project Engineer &ndash; Network and Navigation Systems oversees the design, integration, and maintenance of shipboard network and navigation systems that support Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cybersecurity, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) operations. &nbsp;The position reports directly to the C5ISR Engineering Manager within the C5ISR Project Engineering Office.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Leadership</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Lead a diverse team of C5ISR electrical engineers and designers, ensuring the successful progression of assigned work.</li><li>Communicate effectively with Project Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and production personnel to meet program requirements and project schedules.</li><li>Oversee departmental goals and performance within the C5ISR engineering team.</li></ul><p><strong>Design &amp; Development</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Develop system integration plans for network and navigation systems for C5ISR platforms, including but not limited to internal data communications networks, external communications systems, video surveillance systems, and navigation systems.</li><li>Review and comment on sub-contractor design documents. Propose and implement programs to resolve design deficiencies.</li></ul><p><strong>System Integration</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Integrate C5ISR systems with other subsystems, ensuring compatibility and seamless operation across platforms.</li><li>Conduct testing and troubleshooting of C5ISR systems in lab and field environments.</li><li>Ensure systems meet required performance standards and regulatory requirements&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Maintenance &amp; Upgrades</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Oversee the planning and execution of system upgrades and modernization.
