    "description_html": "<p><b>Position: CNC VTL Machinist - Vertical Turning Lathe</b><br><b>Employee Type: Full-Time (2nd & weekend shift)</b></p><p>Polamer Precision is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and team-oriented CNC Vertical Turning Lathe (VTL) Machinist. </p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> <ul><li>Operating CNC Vertical, Horizontal machining and multi-axis milling centers</li><li>Setup and run machines for production</li><li>Inspecting parts to drawings requirements</li><li>Troubleshooting malfunctions when necessary</li><li>Reporting needed repairs</li><li>Review setup sheet and specifications to determine setup procedures</li><li>Read and understand blueprints a must</li><li>Advanced math knowledge</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul><strong>Qualifications:</strong> <ul><li>Possess five (5) or more years’ experience in aerospace industry, operating and set up knowledge of standard CNC controllers, i.e. CNC lathes, vertical and horizontal mills</li><li>Must be familiar with FANUC & OSP controls</li><li>Knowledgeable of machining technology</li><li>Mechanical principles</li><li>Shop mathematics</li><li>Must have good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Must read, write, and speak English</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Completion of a CNC program preferred</li></ul><b>Work Environment: </b><ul><li>While performing the duties for this job, alternating between standing and sitting.
