    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div class=\"fr-view\"><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.46.11/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a creative, outgoing, and detail-oriented <strong><u>Mortgage Lending Training Specialist</u></strong> to join our growing mortgage training team. &nbsp;As a mortgage trainer, you will be responsible for training new mortgage employees which includes roles such as Loan Officers, Processing Assistants, Processors, Underwriters, Closers and Servicing. &nbsp;Our aim is to equip new team members with the necessary materials, knowledge, and support to excel in their roles. &nbsp;We believe that comprehensive and interactive onboarding training establishes a strong foundation that employees can depend on even after completing their training. The successful candidate must demonstrate a professional, courteous, motivated demeanor with a positive attitude and creative abilities. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be willing to travel on an as-needed basis to all office locations to provide ongoing coaching and sales training as a continued effort to develop the Mortgage staff. If interested, please proceed by clicking Apply. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:&nbsp;</span></p><ul type=\"disc\" id=\"isPasted\"><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Possess a general understanding of the mortgage sales and operation process with a strong desire to continue learning.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Train all mortgage roles which currently includes mortgage originators, disclosure desk, processing assistants, processors, setup, underwriting, closing and servicing.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist in creating and facilitating ongoing 30-day refresher training sessions for all new staff. This could include travel to the employees&#39; office, main office training, or teams training sessions.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Travel to branches in and outside of the Evansville Region for ongoing coaching and sales training, which could require overnight stay in these areas.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Implementation of new initiatives being launched within LFCU and the mortgage department.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist in answering questions regarding conventional and government loan programs, software and programming questions, compliance questions, and scenario review.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain a working knowledge of secondary market underwriting guidelines and LFCU loan policies to assist staff with questions submitted to the training group.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Assist with maintaining and updating all training materials for all mortgage positions, programs and procedures. &nbsp;All training materials are digitized and held in our company knowledge base system.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to set up new employees in the systems required for their position.</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Maintain a knowledge of changing regulation requirements via seminars, webinars, articles, and other publications.
