Your dream career starts here.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Athletic Trainer Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with and communicating with coaches, athletes, and medical professionals by evaluating the player's condition.</li>\n<li>Educating coaches, family members, and athletes in prevention and recovery of athletic injuries</li>\n<li>Designing training and rehabilitation programs for athletes and non-athletes.</li>\n<li>Using knowledge of sports-related injuries to diagnose and treat athletes and non-athletes</li>\n<li>Referring athletes to another doctor or other medical staff members.</li>\n<li>Assisting and monitoring injured individuals as they heal and progress towards recovery.</li>\n<li>Maintaining records relating to athlete condition and training, diet, and treatment plans.</li>\n<li>Implement the use of recovery tools and modalities such as cryotherapy, compression therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and more.</li>\n<li>Coordinate Athletic Combine Testing at Kinetic and in the community</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with local partners to ensure the continued success and relevance of our athletic programs.</li>\n<li>Handling clerical tasks, such as maintaining inventory, assisting with budgets, or restocking supplies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Athletic Trainer Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in athletic training and a valid state license or certification.</li>\n<li>Proven education and experience in rehab and recovery.</li>\n<li>Emergency Cardiac Care and First Aid Certification</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented, analytical, and attentive.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers.</li>\n<li>1-2 years experience is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>www.kptonline.com/careers</p>",
