    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>We are hiring a<strong> Resident Care Director</strong> at The Newbury of Brookline to manage and direct a high-quality Assisted Living Program providing superior care services delivered with compassion. As a motivational leader this individual supervises and coordinates resident assessments, medications, safety procedures, and department budgets.</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Complete accurate and regular resident assessments to determine appropriate level of care</li>\n <li>Maintain all resident information, files, and reports</li>\n <li>Supervise and administer all resident medications</li>\n <li>Maintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirements</li>\n <li>Coordinate care provided by third parties</li>\n <li>Manage Assisted Living budget and expenses</li>\n <li>Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing to ensure quality of care</li>\n <li>Conduct departmental planning and forecasting</li>\n <li>Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction <strong> </strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A passion for excellence</li>\n <li>Three to five years of supervisory experience</li>\n <li>Registered Nurse required</li>\n <li>BS degree in human services, psychology, nursing, or related fields</li>\n <li>Experience in working with seniors preferred</li>\n <li>Experience as a Wellness Director, Resident Care Director or Assisted Living Director preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
