Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts and integrated marketing campaigns from brief through execution and post-campaign reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact. Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and at a high standard. Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, production, media, and external partners to bring campaigns to life. Support the development of strategic recommendations and campaign plans rooted in consumer insights and business objectives. Proactively identify risks, problem-solve challenges, and ensure seamless execution across multiple projects simultaneously. Prepare and lead meetings, presentations, status updates, and campaign recaps with confidence and professionalism. Monitor campaign performance, interpret data and reporting, and apply insights to optimize future initiatives. Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities for incremental business and added value. Support a positive team culture through collaboration, mentorship, accountability, and strong communication. Qualifications: 4–6+ years of experience in account management within an agency environment (shopper marketing, omnichannel, or integrated marketing preferred). Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, from brief through to execution. Strong client-facing experience with a track record of building and maintaining relationships. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams. Experience contributing to or leading strategic planning and campaign development. Comfort working with data, performance metrics, and campaign reporting. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity. Experience identifying opportunities for organic account growth or supporting business development initiatives is an asset.
