Vocational training or certification in hydraulics is preferred.</li>\n <li>6 months to 1 year of proven experience as a Hydraulic Hose Technician or in a similar role.</li>\n <li>Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical documentation.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including crimping machines and measuring equipment.</li>\n <li>Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while on customer sites.</li>\n <li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Must possess a valid South Carolina driver’s license with fewer than three moving violations in the past three years (required for mobile positions).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Working Conditions</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The physical environment requires the employee to work in both shop and field settings, including construction sites, industrial facilities, and outdoor environments.</li>\n <li>Exposure to varying conditions such as heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid environments.</li>\n <li>Required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to injury and/or hazardous materials.</li>\n <li>Jobs require standing, stooping, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, lifting.</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.</li>\n <li>Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Use of computers and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities.</li>\n <li>Regular travel within assigned service territory.</li>\n</ul>",
