A global leader in business and technology services.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Role: Packaging Operator</strong></p><p><strong>Location: St. Louis, MO</strong></p><p><strong>Shift: 3rd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM (4 x 10 schedule)</strong></p><p><strong>Training Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM for 2–3 months</strong></p><p><strong>Type: Contract (Temp-to-Perm potential)</strong></p><p><strong>Pay Rate: $23/hr + 15% Shift Differential</strong></p><p><strong>Interview: In-person Interview</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p><p>We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician 2 / Packaging Operator to support manufacturing and packaging operations in a production environment. This role involves operating processing equipment, maintaining clean room standards, executing production procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Operate and maintain production and processing equipment including:</li><li>COP (Clean Out of Place)</li><li>CIP (Clean In Place)</li><li>Kaps All Torquer</li><li>Label line equipment</li><li>Perform routine manufacturing and packaging operations</li><li>Execute batch records using SAP (eBR)</li><li>Conduct room cleaning and monthly phenolic cleaning procedures</li><li>Handle waste disposal and manual cleaning of small parts</li><li>Pull bottles from inventory and transfer materials into Class 100 clean room</li><li>Perform hand torque and torque testing</li><li>Apply pinch clamps and package bags/bottles</li><li>Maintain accurate production documentation and log books</li><li>Monitor equipment/process status and report deviations to supervisors</li><li>Follow GMP, safety, and production procedures at all times</li><li>Properly use, clean, and store PPE equipment</li><li>Maintain housekeeping standards in production areas</li><li>Participate in safety and quality training programs</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><p><strong>Education</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li></ul><p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Basic computer knowledge, preferably SAP</li><li>Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment</li></ul><p>Physical &amp; Work Environment Requirements</p><ul><li>Manufacturing/production environment</li><li>Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs occasionally</li><li>Must be able to work extended shifts including nights</li><li>Ability to wear PPE, including respirators, for extended periods</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>About Trident Consulting</strong></p><p>Trident Consulting is an award-winning staffing and consulting firm headquartered in San Ramon, CA.
