This is a fully onsite role supporting branch operations, customer service, and the sales team in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Greet and assist customers entering and leaving the branch</li><li>Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with company policies and procedures</li><li>Handle cashiering duties, including receipts, refunds, pick lists, and nightly deposits</li><li>Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks</li><li>Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiries</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience</li><li>Maintain showroom organization, inventory, and checkout area cleanliness</li><li>Utilize company systems and basic computer applications, including ERP/POS systems and Microsoft Office</li><li>Assist with coding and general office support tasks</li><li>Perform additional projects and responsibilities as assigned</li></ul>",
