    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Assistant Director of Christian Science Nursing Services (ADCSNS)</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif\">In this position, you’re part of the team that leads Arden Wood’s primary activity—providing practical care in support of Christian Science healing. The ADCSN is a <span style=\"font-style: italic\">Journal</span>‑listed Christian Science nurse with an active ministry that includes 6+ years of varied experience in a Christian Science care facility. This role requires strong skills in communicating, supervising, coaching and correcting, problem-solving, decision-making, and multi-tasking. You will co-manage the staff with the DCSNS, work with scheduling and time-off requests, ensure patient care plans are up to date, support in patient rooms (if needed), and supervise at least once a week.
