Located in the Stags Leap District of Napa Valley, Pine Ridge Vineyards is comprised of 10 estate vineyards in Napa&#39;s best AVAs. We focus on crafting luxury Cabernet Sauvignon from Howell Mountain, Rutherford, Oakville, Stags Leap, Carneros and Napa Valley as a whole.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><u><strong>Lab/Crush Help</strong></u><br>&nbsp;We are seeking self-motivated individuals for the upcoming harvest. The job entails, but is not limited to:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Vineyard sampling and grape analysis (Brix, pH and titratable acidity)</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Monitoring fermentations, checking daily brix and temperatures</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Daily set-up and calibration of laboratory equipment</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Barrel and tank sampling</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Analysis of juice and wine lots (including brix, pH/TA, turbidity, free and total SO2,&nbsp;alcohol,&nbsp;enzymatic assays including glucose/fructose, malic acid, acetic acid and YAN, and phenolic measurements)</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Entering daily analysis results in winemaking database and Excel spreadsheets</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Set-up of wine trials as requested</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Cellar work as requested</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\"><br>&nbsp;Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work long hours including weekends.
