We are a strong-knit community that values the ideas and contributions of our staff.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Are you ready to make a difference?</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Minimum Education Required</h2>High School Diploma/GED\n<h2>Shift</h2>First Shift\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide oversight and supervision to Direct Care staff and group living residents, promoting a warm, safe, and empowering environment.  </li>\n <li>Develop and monitor staff scheduling to ensure program coverage and budgetary compliance. </li>\n <li>Lead staff meetings and individual supervisions, and ensure staff trainings are current.  </li>\n <li>Conduct intakes, ensuring that proper care is accessed.</li>\n <li>Participate in the Individual Action Plans (IAP) process for all individuals. </li>\n <li>Assume fiscal responsibility for the site by assisting in program budget development and management, as well as safeguarding client’s funds.</li>\n <li>Ensure that client’s rehabilitative treatment and clinical record meet Rehab Option standards.</li>\n <li>Prepare reports as directed, including data collection and analysis.</li>\n <li>Participate in the on-call rotation through 24 hour availability for consultation and emergency crisis intervention.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>HS Diploma plus 5 years’ experience, BA in related field preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong computer knowledge.</li>\n <li>Excellent analytical, reasoning and numerical aptitude.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li>\n <li>Must hold a valid driver's license, have access to an operational and insured vehicle and be willing to use it to transport clients.</li>\n <li>Strongly prefer a candidate that will have a demonstrated understanding of and competence in serving culturally diverse populations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Advocates is committed to cultivating a diverse and welcoming community where everyone feels respected and valued.
