This role leads vocational training initiatives under KLEO’s Workforce Development Programs, delivering standardized, hands-on technical instruction to participants entering the Renewable Energy industry, specifically Photovoltaic systems and Solar Energy applications. The primary goal is to equip equity-eligible participants with technical competence supported by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) to acquire the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) Associate Credentials. .
