We are a small behavioral health agency headquartered in downtown Toledo. We serve a diverse population of individuals with the basic philosophy that each client is a person, a family member and a member of a larger community; and that each client requires a different amount of emotional, physical, psychological, social, and spiritual support.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assists in answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate staff.</li>\n<li>Works closely under the supervision and guidance of on-sight supervisor or his/her designee.<br></li>\n<li>Maintains regular and reliable attendance.</li>\n<li>Actively participates in regular individual/group supervision.</li>\n<li>Completes all paperwork required.</li>\n<li>Provides case management functions as needed and directed.</li>\n<li>Observes and participates Diagnostic Evaluations, psychotherapy groups and/or individual sessions with client consent.</li>\n<li>Complete tasks and trainings accurately and within required time frames.<br>Perform all job duties in a manner that is friendly, considerate, and aligned with the organization’s Mission, Values, Patient Care Philosophy and Standards of Ethical Conduct.<br>All other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Masters' students in an approved university internship program required.<br></li>\n<li>Good driving record and valid car insurance required.</li>\n<li>Advanced Computer skills including Excel capabilities with the ability to create reports.</li>\n<li>Strong organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Impeccable integrity, judgment, and professionalism.</li>\n<li>Must be analytical and solutions-oriented.</li>\n<li>Ability to work well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</span><br>1. Standing: Maintaining an upright position on the feet, especially for prolonged periods of time<br>2. Pushing: Applying pressure and exerting force against an object for the purpose of moving it forward or away from the source of the force – push or pull force up to 35 lbs.<br>3. Lifting: Raising an object from a lower to a higher position, or moving an object laterally, from position to position-Required to lift up to 50 lbs of force independently. May be required to lift over 50 lbs with assistance of another person or a mechanical lift.<br>4. Stooping: Bending the body forward and down from the waist, hips and knees, sometimes for a prolonged length of time.<br>5. Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction away from the body<br>6. Balancing: Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or moving surfaces<br>7.
