font-size: 16px;\">Objective of the Position:</span></strong><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Sets up and operates specialized equipment, such as the Weil, TTE, Stuffers, Pipe Benders, Eagle Line, Comas, in the production of exhaust systems by performing the following duties.</span></p><p><br></p><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Essential Accountabilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Responsible for the overall performance of the specific manufacturing equipment assigned.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Expected to make necessary adjustments to optimize performance throughout a production run.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Expected to make effective tooling and equipment change-overs in accordance with production schedules.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Responsible for performing Preventative maintenance tasks as indicated on the appropriate TPM task list.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Responsible to ensure adherence to ENA quality policies and procedures and that product Quality expectations are met.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Responsible for any data input and recording necessary to support communication and performance improvement.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Expected to actively participate in continuous improvement activities and assist in developing positive communications.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Operates equipment producing parts for production.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Responsible for maintaining 5S in department and periodically participating with audit process.</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Professional Background / Basic Qualification / Work Experience:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">High school diploma or general education degree (GED)</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Minimum two years&rsquo; experience related experience and/or training in manufacturing setting.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficiency in Microsoft Office</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Entry level knowledge in welding and metal forming techniques a plus.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px;\">Basic mechanical aptitude.</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
