This swing shift role requires a hands-on leader who resides within the county and can effectively oversee sanitation operations across 14 schools serving approximately 5,100 students in a large coastal district. The role is primarily Monday–Friday, with flexibility for occasional weekends and on-call support. The ideal candidate will manage a team of 40, utilize systems such as CMMS and Microsoft Excel, and build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, staff, and the community while driving accountability and service excellence. Joining us at one of our school sites means fostering healthy learning environments and positively influencing the students’ well-being and performance.\n<h2>Incentives</h2>Relocation Assistance is Available \n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Own and resolve sanitation and operational issues independently, ensuring full compliance with Sodexo standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Lead day-to-day custodial operations across a very large district, delivering a safe, clean environment for students, staff, and visitors</p></li>\n <li><p>Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and supply ordering while utilizing systems such as CMMS and Microsoft Excel</p></li>\n <li><p>Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, including safety protocols and proper use of cleaning equipment and tools</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain full accountability for county-wide operations, driving quality service and fostering a strong, collaborative team culture</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide leadership coverage when the Director is absent and support special projects, including occasional weekend oversight and team support</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
