    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities/Duties:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>Machine parts</strong></li><li><strong>Lapping</strong></li><li><strong>Grinding</strong></li><li><strong>Familiar with GD&amp;T and machine shop prints</strong></li><li><strong>Inspect all parts for conformance to specifications to print.</strong><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></li><li><strong>Perform other duties as assigned</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Education/Experience:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>High school diploma or GED.</strong></li><li><strong>At least 2 years Mazak programming experience on at least one of the following controls T+, Fusion, MT PRO, M32, M+, Fusion, Matrix.</strong></li><li><strong>At least 2 years programming CNC grinders.</strong></li><li><strong>3 years machine shop environment.</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.</strong></li><li><strong>Must be able to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operating manuals, maintenance manuals and instructions.&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Ability to identify issues and take appropriate action to correct the situation, Including notifying supervisor, or maintenance department.&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Detailed and quality orientated.</strong></li><li><strong>Must be motivated and work with sense of urgency.</strong></li><li><strong>Multi-tasking, running, operating more than one machine or required task at a time.</strong></li><li><strong>Microsoft Excel and word familiarity preferred but not required.&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Personal Protective Equipment:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>Safety Glasses and steel/safety toed work boots are required.</strong></li><li><strong>Other PPE equipment as required.</strong></li><li><strong>Ear plugs in the clean up area</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><strong>Manufacturing plant shop environment</strong></li><li><strong>Exposure to moving mechanical parts.&nbsp;</strong></li><li><strong>Exposure to elements such as odor, hydraulic fluids, noise, dust, heat, cold, or chemicals.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
