font-size: 12pt\">Due to continued growth and development, we are now looking for customer focused people to join us in our Utility Division, working on our Thames Water contract service to deliver real and effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Travelling to residential sites via a HGV in a two person team, around the region, powering a high-pressure water jet for restoration</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Clean, clear and maintain drainage systems</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Record each job report correctly on the specialist equipment provided</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Run diagnostics and repairs on drains</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Delivering good customer service</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintaining good health and safety practise while carrying out works</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure vehicle stock is full and replenished</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Comply with health and safety responsibilities, i.e. PPE / safe site setups protecting Lanes Group employees, the public and other road users</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Utilise VISTEC and Salesforce platforms</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Operate JHL specification vacuum tankers and associated equipment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Safely access vehicle cabs, sites and offices using correct procedures (e.g., three points of contact...)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manipulate (including loading and unloading to / from tanker pipe storage trays) flexible pipework in a safe manner utilising correct manual handling techniques</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Work unsupervised in all weather conditions, wearing correct PPE or utilising the lone worker system</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Dynamically risk assess site access and working conditions depending on specific circumstances on arrival</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Liaising with the client regarding process and any updates</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide support to your colleagues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment and plant before and after use</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Report any defects or malfunctions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; Experience in the use of High Pressure Jetting equipment is useful but not essential.
