Join our Santanna team IT Technical Support Officer Mykonos, Paragka Job description As an IT technical support officer, you'll install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems Responsibilities Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone) Setting up accounts for new users Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary Testing new technology Possibly training junior staff Requirements Degree in computer science or information technology. Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous. Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role. Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal communication. and Spirits or equivalent. Candidate profile Internal drive and willingness to work in a demanding, challenging and fast‐paced work environment. Strong ability and self-motivation to overcome problems at work in a resourceful, efficient, and effective way, working independently or as part of a team. Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality.
