Your responsibilities will include:</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><strong>Leadership &amp; Team Development:</strong> Inspire and lead a dedicated team of maintenance technicians, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to help them excel.</li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Scheduling &amp; Oversight:</strong> Manage technicians&#39; work schedules and ensure all maintenance and repair activities are completed efficiently and on time.</li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Inventory Management:</strong> Oversee parts and tire inventory control, ensuring we have everything needed for seamless operations.</li>\r\n\t<li><strong>Organization &amp; Record Keeping:</strong> Maintain an organized shop environment and accurate records to support our operational excellence.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br />\r\nWe believe that the maintenance of our school buses is vital to the safety of our drivers and the children they serve.
