Successful candidates are d</strong><strong>esign forward, technically savvy, problem solvers, and passion players.</strong><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Direct the work of both internal and external team members&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate the project&rsquo;s design intent with technical requirements</li><li>Work in all phases of the project from concept through construction administration</li><li>Interact with client as well as with contractors, consultants, and public authorities&nbsp;</li><li>Provide schedule, staffing, and budget support to Project Manager</li></ul><p><strong>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Professional degree in Architecture</li><li>Architectural license is required &nbsp;</li><li>7+ years of experience on projects with increasing responsibilities &nbsp;</li><li>4+ years of Revit production experience, and proficiency utilizing Revit &nbsp;</li><li>Experience in corporate, hospitality and/or residential building typologies &nbsp;</li><li>Experience in the selection of building materials and systems &nbsp;</li><li>Successful team-orientation and collaboration behaviors &nbsp;</li><li>Diligence in seeking solutions to complex problems &nbsp;</li><li>Strong communications skills, spoken, written, and graphic &nbsp;</li><li>Efficiently responds to client needs &nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Coaching mindset</li><li>Effective time management with multiple deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains a positive, professional attitude</li></ul><p><strong>WORKING RELATIONSHIPS AND SCOPE</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Report to Project Manager</li><li>Collaborate with Team Leaders &nbsp;</li><li>Represents the firm in alignment with Kahler Slater&rsquo;s core values</li><li>Mentor junior staff members &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS</strong> &nbsp;</p><p>Work is performed in a professional, collaborative, creative, open office environment.
