We are guided and united by our Group Purpose of “giving our world more smiles.” Visit: https://www.fujifilm.com/us/en/about/region/careers</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs calibrations to instrumentation and controls, and site equipment and systems </li>\n <li>Plans and manages I&C / Calibration and repair activities for the entire site</li>\n <li>Performs routine I&C maintenance and repair of site equipment and machinery</li>\n <li>Participates in developing and implementing strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime</li>\n <li>Trains and mentors’ technicians</li>\n <li>Maintains accurate I&C / Calibration maintenance records and documentation</li>\n <li>Evaluates and recommends new equipment purchases and upgrades</li>\n <li>Participates in developing and maintaining maintenance budgets and schedules</li>\n <li>Assists management with budget forecast for maintenance and capital projects</li>\n <li>Follows standard procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) quality standards</li>\n <li>Provides input and recommendations for written instructions of preventive maintenance tasks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li>\n <li>Adheres to all safety requirements and follow safe work practices</li>\n <li>Notifies management or Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) when unsafe conditions or hazards are found</li>\n <li>Attends all required and safety and health training</li>\n <li>Supports site operations and emergency work orders during off-hours, as needed</li>\n <li>Performs spare parts assessments, as required</li>\n <li>Performs other duties, as assigned </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge & Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems</li>\n <li>Effective communication, both written and oral</li>\n <li>Ability to work in a team environment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles</li>\n <li>Must be able to support 24/7 manufacturing facility, including shift, on-call, and weekends</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma/GED</li>\n <li>4-6 years of I&C or similar experience </li>\n <li>Experience with tools and equipment used to perform maintenance work</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering or a related field</li>\n <li>Prior maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or other regulated environment</li>\n <li>Prior experience working in a GMP environment</li>\n <li>Experience mentoring or providing oversight to technicians in a pharmaceutical or similar manufacturing setting</li>\n <li>Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions & Physical Requirements:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Will work in environment which may necessitate respiratory protection X No YesMay work in Mechanical/Production spaces that may require hearing protection and enrollment in a hearing conservation program.
