This role oversees the preparation of contracts, secures financing through approved lenders, presents warranty and protection products, and ensures full compliance with OEM, regulatory, and dealership standards. The ideal candidate is professional, detail‑oriented, and experienced in automotive finance and deal structuring. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities and Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with the Sales team to finalize deals and ensure smooth transitions from sales to finance.</li>\n <li>Secure financing for customers by working with a variety of lenders, banks, and OEM financial partners.</li>\n <li>Present and sell finance and insurance products, warranties, and protection packages in a transparent and customer‑focused manner. </li>\n <li>Prepare, review, and finalize all paperwork for vehicle purchases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal/provincial regulations, OEM guidelines, and dealership policies. </li>\n <li>Verify all documents, disclosures, and contracts are completed correctly before submission for funding.</li>\n <li>Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to optimize approvals and interest rates. </li>\n <li>Ensure all F&I processes follow ethical standards, privacy legislation, and compliance requirements.</li>\n <li>Conduct thorough needs‑analysis discussions with customers to match products and services to their driving and ownership needs. </li>\n <li>Support timely funding of deals by working closely with accounting and administrative staff.</li>\n <li>Track and report department performance, including product penetration, gross profit, and funding turnaround times.</li>\n <li>Provide exceptional service and follow‑up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. </li>\n <li>Participate in OEM compliance audits, lender reviews, and dealership training programs. </li>\n <li>All other duties as assigned by store leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <strong>Qualifications </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience as an F&I Manager, Business Manager, or related automotive finance role required.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of automotive lending, credit analysis, and finance product offerings.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills. </li>\n <li>High level of professionalism with the ability to handle confidential information. </li>\n <li>Strong organization and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. </li>\n <li>Proficient with dealership management systems (DMS), credit portals, and office software.</li>\n <li>Detail‑oriented with strong compliance awareness and adherence to industry regulations. </li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with Sales, Accounting, and dealership leadership teams.</li>\n <li>High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in business, finance, or a related field is an asset.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>INDCVO</strong></p>\n<h2>Posted Salary Range</h2>CAD $120,000.00 - CAD $0.00 /Hr.\n<h2>Disclosures</h2>\n<p><strong>Equal Employment Opportunity </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to providing a diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace.
