As the CRL, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the inpatient care areas under the direction of the Patient Care Manager. This includes assessment, planning, provision and evaluation of patient care and nursing services for the assigned area of responsibility. The CRL will serve as a clinical resource and role model for unit staff. In the absence of the Patient Care Manager, you will assume responsibility for the functioning of the inpatient care area as directed.
