You'll join a team that values quality, learning, and collaboration. From your first day, you'll contribute to real projects that support and shape Estonia's mission-critical systems.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">This role is ideal for someone who:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is pursuing or has completed a Bachelor's degree in IT or a natural sciences field.</li>\n<li>Has at least 6 months of internship or work experience in development projects involving relational databases and Java.</li>\n<li>Has exposure to or working knowledge of Spring framework, REST and SOAP web services, and writing automated unit tests.</li>\n<li>Is motivated by problem-solving, clean code, and continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Feels comfortable with both Estonian and English (at least B2 level).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-on experience from day one.
