The main objectives of which are to promote a positive station image, remain engaging and maintain a positive attitude while in consumer-facing and co-worker interactions.  This position would work with all Philadelphia radio brands, including KYW Newsradio, Sportsradio 94WIP, B101, BIG 98.1, WPHT and The NEW 96.5.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>This is an evergreen posting, We are always looking for Promotion Assistants. We appreciate your interest in joining our team and look forward to reviewing your application.</strong></em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Promotion Assistant Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Have enthusiasm and high energy at all times.</li>\n <li>Execute assigned on-site appearances (remotes), promotional activities and special projects; assist in all aspects of on-site appearances including vehicles and equipment (setup/breakdown), prizes/giveaways, signage.</li>\n <li>Assist promotions and sales staff with station promotional activity inside and outside the station.</li>\n <li>Facilitate, attend, and execute the appearance on-site set up and station visibility.</li>\n <li>Be in charge of executing on-location station/client activations and promotions to a degree that will increase audience interaction and engagement.</li>\n <li>Other marketing/ promotional dept. duties as assigned by manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Buzzbee Mascot Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform as Buzzbee as an entertainer at station events and appearances. The mascot greets station listeners and works closely with other team members at events to enhance the event experience.</li>\n <li>Exhibit the playful qualities of Buzzbee during the entire event. This means consistently having an upbeat stride from beginning to end</li>\n <li>Have enthusiasm and high energy at all times.</li>\n <li>Administer costume maintenance as well as props as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>More About You:</u></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Required & Preferred:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Candidates must be organized, possess good communication skills, have intermediate computer and administrative skills, and be able to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends and evening hours, as necessary.</li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter, able to multi-task, pay attention to detail and meet tight deadlines. </li>\n <li>Must have a positive/upbeat attitude when dealing with customers/listeners.</li>\n <li>Employees of Audacy are required to be a minimum of 21 years of age to operate any vehicle, including Company-owned, leased, rented, or personal vehicles, when such operation is conducted on behalf of Audacy.
