          "text": "<p><strong>We're looking for a hard-working, eager to learn individual to join our team!</strong></p><p>The individual is responsible to operate the equipment efficiently to meet productivity and product quality performance objectives, demonstrate a positive attitude and open-mindedness in order to optimize teamwork.&#xa0;</p><p>This individual must have industrial mechanic competencies and be able to learn how to adjust, troubleshoot, repair and operate machinery in the facility.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Operate all the consoles and make the required adjustments to the various components of the equipment;</li><li>Ensure the production of products according to the production schedule;</li><li>Use different tools and/or equipment. Responsible for the tools made available to him;</li><li>Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and perform preventive maintenance. Find solutions to production problems;</li><li>Coordinate the execution of tasks within his team (8 people);</li><li>Provide staff training;</li><li>Ensure that each procedure is respected (quality, health and safety, etc.);</li><li>Ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards;</li><li>Identify issues and improve quality standards;</li><li>Actively participate in production meetings and share relevant information;</li><li>Ensure the cleaning of premises and equipment in order to keep the work environment clean and safe;</li><li>Participate in the development of OHS correction and prevention solutions;</li><li>Complete the various reports;</li><li>Collaborate with the production team to optimize the manufacturing process, work in continuous improvement mode to eliminate problems at the source.</li></ul>",
