Employees must be flexible and able to adjust their schedule to meet seasonal demands and operational needs.</p><p>Rogers Group is currently seeking candidates for our Customer Service Representative&nbsp;position in&nbsp;<strong>Kentland, Indiana.&nbsp;</strong>The successful candidate will be a motivated, safety conscious individual with good multi-tasking skills to operate our Truck Scale system, take customer orders, and dispatch trucks.
