Description

Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for consulting services. 2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals. 3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate consulting solutions. 4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities. 5. Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and propose customized consulting solutions. 6. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the consulting team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives. 7. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. 8. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and business decisions. 9. Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management on progress against targets. 10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 2. Proven track record of success in consulting sales for 2+ years (Cyber Security or IT/ ITES domain), with a strong portfolio of achieved sales targets and client relationships. 3. Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve results. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all levels. 5. Strong negotiation skills, with experience in contract negotiation and closing complex deals. 6. Deep understanding of consulting services and solutions, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively. 7. Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. 8. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events 9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
