          "text": "<p>AECOM is actively seeking a highly motivated<u>&#xa0;</u><strong><u>Senior Bridge Design Engineer V</u></strong> for employment in Phoenix, Arizona.</p><p>At AECOM, we’re delivering a better world. This role will provide the opportunity to directly support transformational projects including the I-25 and I-15 DB projects. Design has begun and will extend over the coming years, providing a unique opportunity for multiple career-defining roles on the project. This is a world-class effort delivered by world-class people, come join the team with the power to uplift communities and improve people’s lives.</p><p>The job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team.</li><li>Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.</li><li>Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work by other.</li><li>Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.</li><li>Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.</li><li>Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&amp;E package.</li><li>Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.</li><li>Prepares technical specification sections.</li><li>Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong><u>Minimum Requirements:</u></strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>BA/BS + 8 (eight) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.</li><li>Active PE license.</li><li>Ability to pass MVR check.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Preferred Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Masters of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering degree.</li><li>8 + years of bridge design and plan development experience</li><li>Project experience in Arizona related to AzDOT and/or local bridge design project work.</li><li>Proficiency in software such as MicroStation, LEAP Concrete/Bridge, MathCAD, and MDX</li><li>Knowledge of 3D finite element software such as CSiBridge, MIDAS, SAP2000, etc. is a plus.</li><li>Experience in the plan production of transportation structures such as bridges, culverts, and retaining walls.</li><li>Excellent verbal communication and writing skills, including technical report writing.</li><li>Structural problem analysis skills (including knowledge/use of design and calculation tools, software)</li><li>Knowledgeable of standard engineering practices, techniques and applicable codes</li><li>Ability to do occasional field work (site visits and inspections) and travel.</li></ul>",
