Als Cloud Support Engineer bei Akamai Technologies sind Sie für die geschäftskritischen technischen Services und den Support unserer globalen Onlinekunden verantwortlich. die Arbeit als zuverlässiger Supportpartner zur Lösung von Kundenfragen und -problemen die Leitung von technischen Untersuchungen im verteilten Netzwerk von Akamai die Problemlösung und die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams die Bereitstellung von technischem Support, die Analyse vorhandener technischer Probleme in den verteilten Netzwerken von Akamai, das Vorschlagen von Lösungen zur Vermeidung wiederkehrender Probleme die Nutzung von Wissen und Erfahrung für die Verbesserung interner Tools und Ihre eigene Entwicklung hin zu einem Fachexperten Gehen Sie täglich Ihrer Leidenschaft nach
