This role assists in system maintenance, reporting, and basic system configuration, while learning to support broader HR technology initiatives.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in the day-to-day administration of HRIS systems, including data entry, user account setup, and routine audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.</li>\n <li>Support HR staff and end-users by troubleshooting basic system issues and escalating more complex problems to senior analysts or vendors.</li>\n <li>Generate and distribute basic HR reports</li>\n <li>Participate in system testing for upgrades, patches, and new implementations</li>\n <li>Maintain HRIS documentation, including process workflows, user guides, and training materials.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with HR team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.</li>\n <li>Monitor data interfaces between HRIS and other systems (e.g., payroll, benefits) and troubleshoot discrepancies.</li>\n <li>Stay informed of HRIS trends and best practices to support continuous learning and development.</li>\n <li>Maintain data integrity and perform regular audits within the HRIS.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.</li>\n <li>0–3 years of experience in HRIS or HR operations.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Exposure to or experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, iCIMS, TalentGuard, or JDE.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>10% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Quiet environment.</li>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $66,760.00 - USD $89,180.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
