Sales Manager – Volvo Cars Danbury
Location: Danbury, CT

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop high-performance strategies, and ensure an exceptional customer journey from first contact to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets
Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement strategies
Oversee inventory management and vehicle ordering
Ensure a superior customer experience aligned with Volvo brand standards
Recruit, train, and develop sales staff
Collaborate with marketing to drive showroom traffic and lead generation
Maintain compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive sales management (preferred)
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
Valid driver’s license
