Contribute to design reviews by providing test data, insights, and risk assessments. Ensure traceability between product requirements and test results. Work closely with mechanical, electrical, firmware/controls, manufacturing, and quality teams to validate product designs. Support issue resolution by identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions. Collaborate with lab and process engineering teams to support test setup and execution. Perform engineering calculations and analysis related to thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics. Compare test data to analytical models and support model validation efforts. Identify performance gaps and recommend design improvements. Support root-cause investigations for test failures and field issues using structured methods (8D, FMEA). Contribute to improvements in test methods, data quality, and lab processes. Assist in developing more efficient and repeatable validation practices. Basic Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3–7 years of experience in product validation, test engineering, or thermal system development.
