Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN.</li>\n <li>Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients.</li>\n <li>Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. </li>\n <li>Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service. </li>\n <li>Team members under the age of 18 may not independently operate mechanical lift equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Basic CNA Course or EMT-B Certification required</li>\n <li>Experience as a Patient Care Tech/CNA in a hospital setting</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>License(s)/Certification(s):</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be Eighteen (18) years of age or older</li>\n <li>Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons. </li>\n <li>Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire.</li>\n</ul>",
