    "description": "<p><span style=\"display:block; font-size:16px\"><strong>Full Time Position - 29528</strong></span></p>\n\n<p><strong>GENERAL PURPOSE:</strong><br />\nThe Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) provides clinical support to dental providers and performs all duties permitted under California law to support quality patient care and efficient dental clinic operations.</p>\n\n<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Assist dentists with clinical procedures and patient care</li>\n\t<li>Perform mouth mirror inspections and chart existing conditions</li>\n\t<li>Place and remove temporary sedative and periodontal dressings</li>\n\t<li>Perform pulp tests and size stainless steel crowns, temporary crowns, and bands</li>\n\t<li>Perform coronal polishing and sealant placement when certified</li>\n\t<li>Maintain accurate documentation and support clinical workflows</li>\n\t<li>Follow infection control, safety, and clinic protocols</li>\n\t<li>Communicate professionally with patients, providers, and staff</li>\n\t<li>Travel to other Ampla Health sites as needed</li>\n\t<li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Valid California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required</li>\n\t<li>Current CPR certification required</li>\n\t<li>Valid X-ray certificate required</li>\n\t<li>Ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain accurate records</li>\n\t<li>Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills</li>\n\t<li>Adaptable, reliable, and team-oriented</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT &amp; REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and push up to 100 lbs.</li>\n\t<li>Frequent standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive hand movements</li>\n\t<li>Adequate vision, hearing, and manual dexterity required</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work on feet for extended periods in a clinical environment</li>\n</ul>\n",
