Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role in advancing our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.<br><br><u>Position Responsibilities</u><ul><li><u>Payroll operation management.</u></li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements</li><li>Conduct general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes</li><li>Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data</li><li>Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts</li><li>Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions</li><li>Ensure compliance with IFRS and other applicable accounting standards</li><li>Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required</li><li>Assist in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial analysis and decision-making processes **</li></ul><p><u>Qualifications</u></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA designation is a plus)</li><li>Paycom expertise a must</li><li>Proven experience in corporate accounting or related field</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS and other accounting principles</li><li>Proficiency in general ledger accounting and double-entry bookkeeping</li><li>Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment</li></ul>We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities.
