This role includes performing a variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of sanitation and hygiene, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents by creating a welcoming and orderly living space. Responsibilities include cleaning all public and common areas, bathrooms, offices, and resident apartments, following established schedules, while interacting in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure resident and family member satisfaction.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.</li><li>Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.</li><li>Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.</li><li>Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed.</li><li>Follow the community cleaning schedule and protocol, adhering to community guidelines and established safety precautions.</li><li>Build positive relationships with residents by engaging in friendly, respectful interactions.</li><li>Respect residents’ privacy and preferences while cleaning their living spaces.</li><li>Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or changes in residents’ needs to the supervisor.</li><li>Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions.</li><li>Follow infection control and sanitation protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of waste.</li></ul>",
