As a service-based company we support both domestic and international sponsors in the conduct of both early and late phase trials.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of Theradex Oncology, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the largest professional teams focused solely on the development of cancer therapies. Cancer research continues to evolve as new therapies and therapeutic approaches are discovered. As part of the team you will work to support our sponsors in the development of these therapies. Theradex Oncology is an environment for highly motivated individuals who want to make a difference.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Temporary IT Support Technician</strong> - Princeton, NJ Headquarters. (Hybrid)</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The primary responsibilities of this temporary position include, but are not limited to, the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform laptop builds for new hires and replacements for existing employees leveraging Microsoft O365/Intune.</li>\n <li>Manage and maintain end users’ mobile devices via the Verizon Wireless portal and Microsoft O365/Intune.</li>\n <li>Train end-users on hardware functionality and software programs.</li>\n <li>Provide support to end users on a variety of issues. Identify, research, and resolve technical problems. Troubleshoot and solve PC issues remotely.</li>\n <li>First and second tier helpdesk support for end users and end-user equipment.</li>\n <li>Document, track, and monitor ongoing issues to ensure a timely resolution.</li>\n <li>Set up and configure new hire systems:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Laptop</li>\n <li>VPN</li>\n <li>Mobile phone</li>\n <li>Hotspot/Wireless Router</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in maintaining an up-to-date list of employees' hardware assets.</li>\n <li>Assist in the creation of technical and working instruction documentation as needed.</li>\n <li>Create user accounts and is proficient with Active Directory.</li>\n <li>Conduct new hire onboarding technology orientation training sessions and makes changes to orientation documentation and onboarding sessions as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>What You Need</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Level of Education </u></strong></p>\n<p>Bachelor’s Degree or IT Certification</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Prior Experience</u></strong></p>\n<p>Minimum 3 years of experience in end-user support and computer builds.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Skills and Competencies </u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct work activities in compliance with all relevant regulations, ICH, CFR guidelines, company policies, and procedures.</li>\n <li>Knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Guidelines for using computer systems in clinical studies.</li>\n <li>Experience with using Microsoft O365/Intune for managing and maintaining endpoints.</li>\n <li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).</li>\n <li>Analytical, problem solving and technical skills.</li>\n <li>Skillful with Microsoft operating systems. </li>\n <li>Experience with Microsoft 365 administration console:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identity/Azure</li>\n <li>Intune</li>\n <li>Exchange</li>\n <li>Teams</li>\n <li>SharePoint</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with SonicWall VPN administration console.</li>\n <li>Experience using RMM tools such as N-Able.</li>\n <li>Skilled in diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems.</li>\n <li>Proficient in IT Helpdesk Software, such as Jira Service Desk.</li>\n <li>Extremely organized and detail oriented.</li>\n <li>Ability and desire to learn new skills and technology as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Additional Requirements</h1>\n<p>Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p>\n<p>At Theradex we offer a supportive culture that puts people first. The compensation for this position ranges from $30 - $45 per hour.
